It may be hard to believe, but the 2020 Chevy Silverado 1500 is going to be even better than previous models. Next year’s truck will sport a host of new features and improvements for a better overall Chevy ownership experience.
It’s time to get excited, folks. Here are just a few of the updates coming to the 2020 Silverado
The 2020 Silverado is going to feature a variety of new perks and technologies. New features will include Vertical Trailering Mirrors and Adaptive Cruise Control, which will be integrated into the Safety Package II driver-assist suite. Still no word on whether or not the 2020 Silverado 1500 will be getting a six-function tailgate like the 2020 Silverado HD.
A few things will be laid to rest with the 2020 Silverado 1500. Say farewell to the Oakwood Metallic paint job, the High Country Premium Package, and the WT Appearance Package.
Changes & Updates
Four-Wheel Drive High Country models and LT Trail Boss models of the 2020 Chevy Silverado 1500 will come standard with a silky-smooth 10-speed automatic transmission when equipped with the 5.3-liter EcoTec3 V8 engine. Updates will be made to the available Technology Package as well — this option will come standard with a Bed View Camera and the HD Surround Vision will feature two camera provisions.
When the 2020 Silverado arrives, you’ll be able to check it out at Frederick Chevrolet.
